Cracked it open after dinner and the texture is exactly as promised—silky smooth, not waxy at all. The 37% cocoa keeps it mellow and milky, perfect for when you want something sweet without it being too rich. Already polished off half the bar.
The organic milk really comes through, giving it a rich, creamy depth that lingers just long enough. I’ve tried plenty of 37% bars, but this one hits the sweet spot between smooth and satisfying.
