RAVE Italian Job Blend No 2

Pulled a double shot with this over the weekend and it sliced through the milk like butter, exactly what I wanted from a darker roast. The extra Robusta bite is noticeable but not harsh, and it holds up beautifully in a flat white without turning bitter.

The Robusta kick in this blend makes my flat whites taste properly bold, not just bitter. The darker roast cuts through the milk and still leaves a rich, lingering finish that I’m honestly craving by mid-morning.

The dark roast handles milk like a champ—I poured it over oat milk and the chocolatey depth stayed strong, no watery collapse. That Robusta splash gives it a proper edge that’s missing from most supermarket blends.
