The lemongrass and ginger hit right away, then the chilli leaves a gentle warmth that lingers. It's a perfect balance—spicy without being too intense, and the dark milk chocolate keeps it creamy.
The first bite surprised me with the chilli kick, followed by a smooth warmth from the ginger that lingers nicely. The lemongrass adds a fresh, citrusy note that keeps the dark milk chocolate from feeling too heavy. Definitely the most interesting chocolate bar I've tried in a while.
