The dark chocolate shells have just the right snap, and the fillings are genuinely rich without being cloying. I've already polished off two of the nine, pacing myself is going to be a challenge.
I was pleasantly surprised by how creamy the centers are—each truffle in the box has a distinct, rich flavor that pairs beautifully with the milk chocolate shell.
The dark chocolate shell on these truffles has a satisfying snap, and the filling is incredibly smooth. I just wish the box included a flavor guide, since some of them look quite similar and I'd like to know what I'm eating.
The milk chocolate coating is smooth, but the truffle filling was a little too soft for my liking—needed more structure. A decent gift set for the price, though I'd rather buy individual pieces.
