It’s got that perfect balance of sweetness and body—works just as well in my Aeropress as it does in the espresso machine. Never disappoints.
I've been brewing this as my morning espresso and the crema is fantastic—thick and golden every time. The flavor stays smooth even when I switch to a French press, which is rare for a blend. Definitely replacing my usual bag with this one.
Brewed a pour-over this morning and the flavour was really smooth with no bitterness, even before it cooled. Took a bit of dialling in but once I found the right grind, it made a fantastic cup.
