Minted - Milk Chocolate with Crunchy Peppermint

I was curious how the mint would work with milk chocolate, but the high cocoa content gives it a nice richness that balances the crunch. The peppermint pieces add a satisfying texture without being overpowering.

The peppermint crunch is a nice textural change from your average chocolate bar, but the mint flavor feels a bit subtle for my taste. It melts smoothly and the high cocoa content does give it some richness, though.
