Case of 12 Bars - FitzRoy 74% Dark Chocolate

I wasn't sure about buying a whole case, but the texture is surprisingly smooth for 74% – no chalkiness at all. Each bar breaks with a clean snap and melts evenly in coffee.

The 74% cacao is perfectly balanced – rich without being bitter, and somehow the bars stay fresh even weeks after opening the case.

I needed a big stash for baking, and these 74% bars melt beautifully smooth. Only wish the packaging had a resealable option, but the chocolate itself is deeply satisfying.
