Also the name of a stunning Patagonian mountain, discovered on our own voyage of discovery, FitzRoy is a fitting name for our very first bar, a dark chocolate for all mankind!

The bitterness hits just right—not too sharp, with a smooth melt that lingers. I've been vegan for years and this is the first dark bar that doesn't taste chalky or overly sweet. It's my new evening treat.
The Patagonian mountain name caught my eye first, but the 74% cacao is what won me over—it's rich without that harsh bite some dark bars have. Perfect for an afternoon square with my coffee, and I feel good knowing it's vegan.
Finally, a dark chocolate that actually tastes like dark chocolate instead of sweetened dirt. The 74% cacao hits that perfect balance between bitter and rich, and it melts slowly enough to really savor. Went through the whole bar in two sittings, which is saying something for me.
