The sea salt really cuts through the caramel sweetness so it's not cloying at all, and the texture is incredibly smooth and creamy. My dad finished the whole box in two days and immediately asked where I got it.
I ordered this for my dad and ended up sneaking a few pieces myself before wrapping it. The buttery caramel sweetness is balanced perfectly by that sea salt, and it’s so creamy it practically melts on your tongue. Small batch really shows in the texture, no waxy aftertaste at all.
The sea salt really does cut through the buttery caramel, and it's so creamy that a tiny square feels like a proper treat. I ordered it for Father's Day and the small batch quality shows—it's dangerously moreish.
