RAVE Chatswood Blend No 6

Darker roast than I usually pick, but it holds its own against milk better than anything I've brewed lately. The crema was surprisingly rich and the kick from the Robusta keeps it interesting without going bitter.

The splash of Robusta makes these beans punch through milk like nothing else I've tried lately. I've been pulling flat whites every morning and the flavor stays bold right to the last sip.
