The 3kg block is a solid investment — it melts like a dream for enrobing and doesn’t seize up like cheaper chocolate I’ve tried. Baking with it gives a glossy finish, and the creaminess is just right for a quick snack straight off the spoon.
I’ve been melting it for truffles and the texture stays silky smooth every time, no graininess at all. The 3kg bag is dangerous because I keep sneaking spoonfuls straight from the bowl, it’s that good.
Bought the 3kg block for holiday baking and it’s already half gone—I’ve been sneaking squares straight from the bag. It tempers beautifully for moulding, but honestly the just-eating part is where it really shines.
