Una rivisitazione della 'Miscela Continentale'. Tostiamo questa miscela più scura del solito e aggiungiamo un tocco di Robusta di alta qualità. Il risultato sono chicchi di caffè saporiti che penetrano il latte e regalano una piacevole sferzata di caffeina!

Tried this as my morning latte base and the Robusta really gives it that extra kick of crema. It’s smooth enough to enjoy black too, but the darker roast holds its own beautifully against oat milk.
Finally a dark roast that actually cuts through my oat milk without turning bitter—the Robusta addition gives it a nice little kick without overwhelming.
I’m really enjoying how this darker roast with a splash of Robusta cuts through my morning latte without being too bitter. Only a 4-star because the beans are a bit oilier than I prefer for my grinder, but the flavor is solid.
