Great White - Chocolat blanc crémeux

I'm usually not a white chocolate person, but this one's got me reconsidering—the organic vanilla comes through in every bite, and it's sweet without that waxy aftertaste I hate. Melted some over fruit last night and it was pure heaven.

The vanilla flecks are a lovely touch—you can actually see them scattered through the bar, which makes it feel more artisanal than your average white chocolate. It’s undeniably sweet, but that creamy melt-in-your-mouth finish keeps me coming back for one more square.

I wasn’t expecting the texture to be this silky—it melts almost instantly and the sweetness is rich, not cloying. The organic vanilla really comes through in the finish, making it feel more balanced than most white chocolates I’ve tried.
