RAVE Dark Hot Chocolate

This is my third tin this winter—the intensity is spot-on for someone who finds regular hot chocolate too sweet, and it’s become my go-to after coming in from the cold. Made in Sussex, which I didn’t realize until it arrived, but it feels like a proper little luxury.

The dark chocolate flavor is properly intense, not overly sweet, which is exactly what I wanted for a chilly evening. I can taste that British craftsmanship in every sip, and it made my whole kitchen smell like a fancy chocolatier.

The packet dissolved almost instantly in hot milk, no clumps at all, and the deep cocoa taste lingered for ages. It's become my go-to for friday nights in, especially now the evenings are getting colder.
