The crunch from those little mint pieces is the best part—it keeps the chocolate from feeling too heavy. The high cocoa content definitely carries the peppermint without letting it turn toothpaste-y, and the 90g bar lasted me a few proper sittings.
The cocoa-to-mint ratio is spot on—rich enough that the peppermint doesn’t overwhelm, and the crunchy bits add a nice texture contrast. I’ve already ordered a second bar to keep in the fridge for later.
